It’s Castle and Cubby’s loyalty program – designed to reward your ongoing support with savings on your next order.
Anyone can sign up – all you need is an email address. You’ll see a link up top to Join Now and you can start earning rewards right away.
Everyone who joins our loyalty program will receive 2,000 points – that’s worth $20 in rewards.
You can also earn rewards right away by following us on Instagram and Facebook and sharing a link – that’s up to $50 in rewards points you can redeem on your first order.
As well as joining the program, you can also earn points by liking and following on Facebook and Instagram. You’ll earn 3 points for every $1 you spend online at Castle and Cubby. And you can also earn rewards for sharing your experience with others.
Points can be redeemed for vouchers in different amounts – the more points you earn, the more you can save on future orders.
To redeem your points, log in to your account and select the reward amount you’d like to claim. You’ll get a unique code that can be used when you next check out online.
Minimum cart values apply when using your rewards vouchers. Before redeeming your reward, check that you’ll meet the minimum cart value for that amount.
For a $20 rewards voucher, the minimum cart value is $200. For a $50 rewards voucher, a minimum cart value of $500. For a $100 reward voucher, the minimum cart value is $1,000. For a $150 rewards voucher, a minimum cart value of $1,500 applies. And for a $200 rewards voucher, there’s a minimum cart value of $2,000.
Points earned will expire after 12 months – but that’s only if you haven’t earned any more points in that time. If you continue to earn points, all your points will remain active until you’re ready to redeem them.
We’ll also send you a reminder before your points expire so you can redeem them for a rewards voucher or earn more points and keep them active.
You’ll have 6 months to use your rewards voucher once activated. If you don’t use it right away, we’ll send reminders so you can apply those savings to your next order.
