Frequently Asked Questions

If you purchased a raw (unpainted or unsealed) product:

We recommend oiling or sealing your product before use to enhance its durability and protect it from the elements. Oiling helps lock in colour and provides a barrier against moisture and weathering.

However, this is not a permanent solutionā€”ongoing annual maintenance is required to keep your product in top condition. Regular oiling or sealing will help prolong its lifespan and maintain its appearance.

If you purchased a painted or sealed product from us:

No immediate action is needed! Your product is already sealed for protection, but annual maintenance is still recommended. Over time, exposure to the elements may cause natural wear, so periodic touch-ups or reapplications will help keep it at its best.
